Hi Aaron.

Don't think of it as a name clash. Think of it as opportunistic re-use. :-) While a multi-country approach might work in the EU, most countries will need to have national initiative because that is where policies are made. I think there is room for an Open Spectrum Alliance in every country in Africa.

We'll get in touch through your website to open up a discussion.

Cheers... Steve Song

Hi Aaron

Open Spectrum Alliance in (South) Africa would be happy to cooperate with OSA in Europe.

We added a blogroll link to OSA EU.

FYI: there is an EU wide initiative which was launched in May. You might want to cross connect in order to share knowledge. Please be aware that there is a name clash. Might make sense to practice sensing and chaning of channels (ahm, names) already :))
